The role of parents in digital learning
Active involvement enhances impact
Simply handing over a tablet isn’t enough. Children benefit most when a parent or guardian is involved, asking questions, guiding the pace, and connecting digital content to real-world context.
Model positive behavior
When you use digital tools with purpose and balance, children notice. Treat Kiddies like a shared activity, not passive screen time, and they’ll approach learning more intentionally.
Bridge the digital and physical worlds
Use the stories as springboards for real-life discussion, play, or learning. If a character learns about patience, talk about that during your next challenge. This cross-context learning builds understanding and retention.
Encourage discussion, not just consumption
Ask open-ended questions while reading: “What do you think will happen?” or “Why do you think they acted that way?” These help your child slow down, think critically, and stay engaged.
