How to resolve playback problems with stories
Issues with story playback?
If a story won’t load, pauses unexpectedly, or won’t finish playing, the issue may be with your device, internet connection, or cached app data.
Try these steps first
- Close and reopen the app
- Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi is recommended)
- Try playing a different story to see if the issue persists
Clear app cache (Android only)
Go to Settings → Apps → Kiddies → Storage → Clear Cache. Then restart the app.
