Common login issues
If you're having trouble logging in, it may be due to a mistyped email, a delay with the login link, or an expired session.
Steps to resolve
- Double-check that your email is entered correctly (no typos or extra spaces)
- Wait up to 2 minutes for the login link and check your spam folder too
- If the link expired, return to the app and request a new one
Using Apple or Google login?
Make sure you're signed into the correct Apple or Google account on your device, and that you authorized Kiddies access.
